I prezzi si intendono al giorno per camera con colazione, tasse e servizio compresi.

Le camere sono a disposizione dalle ore 12 del giorno di arrivo.

Il giorno della partenza Vi preghiamo di lasciare la camera entro le ore 10.

Per disdire una prenotazione e ottenere la restituzione della caparra, è sufficiente inviare al nostro hotel, anche tramite e-mail, all'indirizzo info@albergotiziana.com o via fax al numero +39-036571342, una comunicazione scritta almeno 15 giorni prima del soggiorno. L'hotel tratterrà 10 euro per spese bancarie. In caso di disdetta della prenotazione oltre i termini previsti, o in caso di mancato arrivo, l'hotel tratterrà l'intero importo della caparra.

In order to cancel a reservation and obtain a refund of the amount paid by way of deposit, it is sufficient for you to send, even by e-mail info@albergotiziana.com, or fax +39-036571342, a written notice at least 15 days before the date for which the reservation has been made. The hotel shall withhold 10 euros for running expenses. In the event of cancellation of the reservation within the envisaged term or of no-show, the hotel shall withhold the entire amount of the advance deposit.

Um eine Reservierung zu stornieren und die Anzahlung zurückzuerhalten, genügt es, an unser Hotel, auch per E-mail an die adresse info@albergotiziana.com, oder per Fax an die Nummer +39-036571342, eine schriftliche Mitteilung mindestens 15 Tage vor Beginn des Aufenthalts zu schicken. Im Falle einer Stornierung der Reservierung nach der vorgesehenen Frist oder falls Sie nicht anreisen, wird das Hotel die gesamte Anzahlung einbehalten verfügbar.
