In order to cancel a reservation and obtain a refund of the entire amount paid by way of deposit, it is sufficient for you to send, even by e-mail info@albergotiziana.com, or fax +39-036571342, a written notice at least 15 days before the date for which the reservation has been made. The hotel shall withhold 10 euros for running expenses. In the event of cancellation of the reservation within the envisaged term or of no-show, the hotel shall withhold the entire amount of the advance deposit.
